The Mind Heart Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is an in-depth study of yoga practice and yoga teachings, including Asana (yogic postures,) Pranayama (breath control,) Chanting, Meditation, and Svadhyaya (self-study & the study of Ancient Yogic texts)


The YTT is recommended for students looking to build a solid foundation of understanding for a lifetime of yoga practice, including how to adapt practice in the face of various needs and circumstances. It is also an excellent training for individuals currently working in the Alternative Health Field, as well as those interested in teaching yoga to people of all ages, and abilities.
