Our Roots:

Mind Heart Yoga, and it\'s founder, Kathyrn Green, is strongly influenced by the Viniyoga Tradition as it has been passed down and refined for generations through the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, TKV Desikachar, and Gary & Mirka Kraftsow. The positive results of this integrated method have been documented in countless case studies, and in the direct experience of yoga students all over the western world.

This is an "all-inclusive" yoga method suitable for all body types and needs, regardless of the student’s size, structural limitations, or current degree of flexibility.
